How long will it take to create my order?
Preset designs generally take 1-3 days to press.
Custom orders can take 3-5 days.
First class mail is 3-5 days depending on location.
Express shipping is also available for $19 and takes up to 2 days for delivery.
If you need an order rushed, please contact us. Depending on the volume of orders, there may be a rush order fee.
Can I order a different color top or rhinestones?
We mainly carry black tops because we feel it contrasts best with the rhinestones. However, we may be able to find a different color if requested.
Children's wear does carry a variety of colors but you must contact us to verify which ones are currently in stock.
Rhinestones are all in clear/silver at this time. We may carry different colors in the near future, just contact us to verify.
Can I exchange my item for a different one?
Designs that are preset are eligible for exchanges only and shipping is the buyer's expense.
Custom orders, however, are not. Please verify size, spelling and design prior to checking out. If there is a defect in the workman's ship, we will gladly replace your item at our expense.
