Preset designs can only be exchanged for a different size and must be sent back within 10 calendar days. You must CONTACT buyer within 3 days of delivery to explain your request. Returned shipping will be a the expense of the buyer.
Custom orders are nonrefundable nor can they be exhanged so please double check spelling, size and color. If there is a defect in the workmanship, we will gladly replace the item after receiving the original.
